A WELLNESS PRACTICE · KERALA

Coming home to yourself.

A practice rooted in presence. Slow, intentional work for those returning to themselves — through coaching, somatic exploration, and quiet conversation.

Tended slowly, kept warm.

A NOTE FROM AANYA

Slow work, in the company of someone who’s listening.

I’m Aanya — a trauma-informed coach and somatic practitioner based in Kerala. My practice is small and unhurried by design. Most of the people who come to me are mid-life professionals quietly exhausted by the pace of their own lives, looking for a slower place to think.

We work in 1:1 sessions — sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly, always at a pace that feels honest. There’s no curriculum, no quick framework, no promise of transformation in six weeks. Just the steady, slow work of returning to yourself.

Buyer adds their portrait here.

Three ways into the work.

01 / Practice

How we work.

02 / Approach

01

We move slowly.

Most things worth changing take longer than six weeks. We work at the pace a person can actually absorb — not the pace a curriculum demands.

02

We listen first.

The first three sessions are mostly questions. Before any framework or practice arrives, we want to understand what you’re actually carrying.

03

We’re honest.

If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you. If something isn’t working, we name it. There are no promises of breakthrough or transformation — just the work.

KIND WORDS

Aanya is the first person in years who didn’t try to fix me. She just listened, and somehow that’s the thing that’s actually changing my life.
