Four ways in, one practice

Whether you’re here for a single conversation or a longer arc, the work is the same — honest, slow, and shaped around you. Here’s what each format is for.

HOW TO CHOOSE

Start where you are, not where you think you should.

Four formats, but no required order. Some people start with a single 1:1 session and stay there for years. Others move from circles into private work, or the other way around. A few come for a retreat first because they need space before they need conversation.

None of these are entry points to a funnel. They’re different shapes of the same practice — different containers for the same kind of attention.

Not sure which fits?

Most people don’t know when they start. That’s normal — and a good reason to talk first.

A free 30-minute call is the easiest way to figure out what’s right for where you are right now. No pitch, no pressure.

WHAT I OFFER

The four ways, in detail.

01 / Ongoing

1:1 Coaching

The long, considered conversation.

Format Online or in-person
Duration 60 minutes
Cadence Weekly or fortnightly
Commitment Three sessions minimum

$180 / session

Packages of six from $980

For people in the middle of something — a transition, a stuck place, a question that won’t quite resolve. We work together at a pace that lets you actually hear yourself think.

Sessions are unhurried. There’s no agenda I bring in — we start where you are that week, and the shape of the conversation follows what’s actually present. Over time, patterns emerge. So does clarity.

Most clients stay for six months to two years. A few stay much longer. The work doesn’t have a finish line; it has a rhythm.

02 / Body-based

Somatic Practice

When the body has its own things to say.

Format In-person preferred
Duration 75 minutes
Cadence Fortnightly
Commitment Six sessions minimum

$200 / session

Packages of six from $1,080

For when talking has done what it can. Somatic work picks up where conversation reaches its edges — meeting the parts of an experience that live below language, in the nervous system, in the body’s quiet record-keeping.

Sessions are gentle and slow. We work with breath, attention, small movements, and stillness. The pace is yours; I follow what your system is ready for.

This isn’t bodywork or massage. It’s a structured practice grounded in Somatic Experiencing — appropriate for people carrying long-held stress, burnout, or unprocessed difficult experiences.

03 / Group

Small Circles

Eight people, eight weeks, one conversation.

Format Online, small group
Group size Six to eight
Duration 90 minutes weekly
Arc length Eight weeks

$480 / full arc

New circles open twice a year

For people who do better thinking alongside others. Small Circles is an eight-week group practice — six to eight participants, meeting weekly, working with shared themes and individual reflection.

Each circle has a quiet shape: a theme for the arc (transitions, the body, what we inherit), weekly prompts, and a held space for honest conversation. No homework, no performance, no requirement to share. You take what’s yours and leave the rest.

Circles are kept small on purpose. You’ll know everyone’s name by the second session.

04 / Immersive

Retreats

Time and space, taken seriously.

Format In-person, Kerala
Group size Four to six
Length Weekend or week-long
Frequency Three or four per year

From $1,400

Week-long retreats from $2,800 (includes accommodation)

For when you need the kind of slowness that a regular week can’t hold. Retreats are small, in-person, and intentionally quiet — held in a guesthouse in rural Kerala, with mornings for practice, afternoons for rest, evenings for conversation.

The structure is light. There’s a thread we follow together — a theme, a practice, a question — but most of the time is yours. Walk. Sit. Sleep. Eat slowly. Notice what surfaces when nothing’s asking for your attention.

I host three or four retreats a year. They fill quietly, mostly through word of mouth.
